Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully:
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new or slightly used condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging and with tags attached.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To begin the return process, please contact us at help@scent1947.com with your order details. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order. We do not process direct exchanges.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
7. Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returns.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We will provide a return shipping label for returns of defective or incorrect items.
